Responsibilities:

• Build and grow your own agency by recruiting, training, and mentoring agents.
• Provide clients with tailored life insurance solutions by leveraging Symmetry’s access to over 80 carriers.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow your client base.
• Manage operations, including sales performance and business growth targets.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through excellent customer service and regular policy reviews.

Qualifications:

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business ownership.
• Experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities to manage agents effectively.
